Shipping and Return Policy

Delivery is made by FEDEX for international shipping and GLS for Spain, at the time indicated in the purchase process (24-48 hours in Spain, Europe/International 5-7 days). These days we must add the preparation time order in the factory, which is between 2-4 days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times are not binding. In the event that there is a stock shortage or unavailability of an article, DIVERSO shall contact the customer immediately to inform about the new delivery date or, under the eventual impossibily of serving the product, we shall cancel the order. In any case, a delay in the delivery date does not entitle the customer to claim for any compensation.


If the customer is not satisfied with the product, the deadline for requesting a refund is 15 days from the receipt of the order. Collection costs will be paid by the customer

Before claiming such return, the customer must contact our sales department through the contact form, selecting the section ‘Returns & Exchanges’ and, the user must indicate the reason for the return in the message. No returns shall be performed if it has not been previously communicated.

The refund shall be performed according to the amount established on the purchase order, as well as according to the type of payment used by the customer.

Exchanges The customer may request an exchange within 15 days from receipt of the order.

The client may request a change. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to Diverso España and the new shipment will be borne by the customer.

The customer shall be responsible for the costs of collection and redelivery. To accept the exchange of the product, its packaging must be in perfect conditions, it must have not been previously used and kept with all its accessories and supporting documents. The specific item to be returned or exchanged must be perfectly packed up. IMPORTANT: DIVERSO shall not refund or perform any forwarding of goods, until the conditions, packages and accessories of the item for return or exchange have been received and verified.

Defective product

All products are checked by DIVERSO before their shipping. However, if by the time you receive your order, you observe any manufacturing defect, please contact us through the contact form, reporting what happened and we shall put all the means to solve the problem in the shortest time possible.

Product that, mistakenly, does not correspond to the order DIVERSO shall bear the costs of collecting the wrong item and delivery of the correspondent item according to the order.


The shop settles transactions Euros (€). Other currencies are shown for display only. Your financial institution may add additional transaction fees to determine the final price in your local currency. UIPM is not responsible for the fees and exchange rates applied.

The applicable taxes and fees may vary depending on the manufacturing partner and your delivery address. Customers are responsible for understanding any rights or sales tax applicable to their placed orders instore UIPM. For all orders their fees cover the cost of shipping. In some cases it may not cover import duties or taxes that may be charged by customs. If it is a gift

f it is a gift, any amount of money shall be refunded, if the holder is not the same person requesting the return of the purchase. The gift recipient may request a change of size or item of the same price (or superior) following the conditions described above.

The applicant for exchange or refund must state on the contact form the product or item ID and the reason for its refund. Price difference, if any, shall be payed by the person making the change. The Customer will pay the shipping costs to Diverso Spain and a new shipment will be also paid by the customer
